Sheet Pan Garlic Lemon Pepper Chicken

Ingredients –

Chicken pieces (4 to 6 thighs or breasts)
Paprika
Chopped Garlic
Lemon Pepper
small red potatoes
zucchini
squash
carrots
onions

Directions-

In a large bowl combine 3 tbs of olive oil, 3 tbs of chopped garlic, 1 tsp of paprika and 1 tbs of lemon pepper seasoning.
Mix well
Add chicken pieces (skin on or off doesn’t matter) and chopped veggies.
Stir to coat
Place potatoes, carrots and onions on a foil covered sheet pan and nestle chicken pieces into veggies evenly distributed, skin side up if you left it on.
Place in a 425F oven covered for 30 min, then remove cover, add squash and zucchini and let brown for approx. 15 min until done.
