Comfy Fall Favorites

Do you have some favorite fall dishes? Of course the casserole theme is still going strong around here. This week I’ve made a riff on classic enchilada casserole, some crisp chicken burritos (a Taco Time favorite) and some mozzarella sticks for a super fun hot appetizer on spaghetti night. The enchalitos and the crisp burritos can be made with chicken, beef, bean or even shredded pork if you prefer. Don’t be afraid to change it up!
