The Story:
I have a LOVE of Greek food, particularly Gyros. I’m not sure where this came from. However, I found that my favorite part of the Gyro was the sauce. The more sauce the better. This is a very easy tangy and refreshing dip that has multiple uses. You can really put it on just about anything. Cover your chicken with it. Eat it with potato chips as a dip, spread it on some sourdough toast with a bit of turkey and cheese. I don’t think you can go wrong no matter what you use it for. Heck, might even be good for a facial, but then I wouldn’t be able to eat it.
